Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Contract agreement between the college and the local city police
Student Affairs with Public Safety are presenting the following MOUs in accordance with the Federal Clery and Violence Against Women Acts, and also with State Laws 135A.15 (2015), and 626.891 to include MN paragraph 69, Article 4 Sections 2.3. The MOUs are posted for Campus Sexual Assault response and investigations involving local law enforcement.
